Ross Carpenter

During his tenure at Colorado State University, Mr. Carpenter was a member of multiple student organizations including the Finance and Real Estate clubs.  He was also selected to be a member of the prestigious Summit Student Investment fund and served as president for one semester.  The fund is run by a select group of students that manage an equity portfolio for the University in excess of $200,000.  Mr. Carpenter also aided in representing the fund in multiple presentations, an international investing competition, and raising capital contributions in the surrounding community.

Working as a Teaching Assistant for a senior level equity analysis class as well as a Real Estate finance class, Mr. Carpenter taught financial analysis and modeling using a variety of computer based programs.  In early 2008, he founded Carpenter Consulting Group, LLC and began working with McWhinney Development.  Working with municipalities, developers, and bankers, he was responsible for financial analysis and due diligence for several mixed-use projects in Colorado and California. In addition to brokerage and property management, Mr. Carpenter currently provides 3rd party diligence and structuring services for a commercial underwriter and feasibility analysis and structuring for Real Estate development clients nationwide.

Mr. Carpenter Graduated from the Colorado State University Honors Program with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance as well as a minor degree in Economics.  In addition to being a licensed real estate broker in the state of Colorado, he is also a LEED© Accredited Professional.
